WAP,INTERNET,MMS Settings for Grameenphone,Robi,Airtel,Banglalink,Teletalk


For Grameenphone:
Write ALL and send it to 8080
Save the all replay sms with PIN 1234.Some handsets do not support sms-based settings
Which need to be configured through manual settings.

Manual WAP Settings for Handset:
Profile/Settings name = GP-WAP
APN (Access point Name) = gpwap
WAP Gateway (Proxy) IP = 10.128.1.2
WAP Gateway (Proxy) Port = 8080
WAP Homepage = http://wap.gpworld.com/
Data Bearer = GPRS

Manual MMS Settings for Handsets:
Profile/Settings name = GP-MMS
APN (Access point Name) = gpmms
Gateway (Proxy) IP = 10.128.1.2
Gateway (Proxy) Port = 8080
Relay server URL = http://mms.gpworld.net/servlets/mms
Data Bearer = GPRS

Manual Inernet settings for handsets:
Profile/Settings name = GP-INTERNET
APN (Access point Name) = gpinternet
WAP Gateway (Proxy) IP = 10.128.1.2
WAP Gateway (Proxy) Port = 8080

For Robi:
In order to set Robi Internet in your Handset just follow the following
Instructions:

For Internet settings Through SMS
1.SMS ALL (for WAP,MMS & Internet) to 1227
2.SMS Internet (for Internet) to 1227
3. SMS WAP (for WAP) to 1227
4. SMS MMS (for MMS) to 1227

For USSD Menu- Dial *140*7#

For Airtel:
If you insert the airtel SIM into your mobile device for the first time it automatically initiates a
Handset configuration request. If you accept it then a flash SMS will arrive within a few
Minutes. Just open and save the setting in your mobile. Then your handest will be
Automatically configured for GPRS/EDGE. Now browse the internet world.

If the automative sms does not arrive then,
->Go to Airtel Menu
->Select self service
->Select Multimedia Settings
->Select Reset settings
Then you are requested to send a sms. Select YES or SEND.
You will soon recive a flash message with the handset setting and this must saved in your
Handset by clicking on “YES”.

For Banglalink:
You have to manually configure your mobile for banglalink GPRS. Just call 121 and contact

For TeleTalk:
To activate GPRS service.Write “reg” or “unl” [for unlimited use] and send sms to 111.
It ill be activated within 72 hours and your mobile handset for using GPRS
