To enlist any of the above-mentioned volume pack, compose an SMS with corresponding SMS keyword and send to 5000.

Important Note:
Subscriber can buy multiple packs at
the same day.
If you have purchased a volume pack,
irrespective to his data balance in DA4 account, s/he can purchase as many data
packs as s/he wants. Data Volume will accumulate but Validity date will stand
as per latest purchased pack validity.
Example:
Suppose, you have purchased FPM
(120MB@99TK/15day) on day 1 of a month. Then, on day 10 of that same month, you
purchase a P9 pack, (10MB@10TK/1day). His/her data balance will add up in that
case, whereas his/her validity date will be 23:59 hour of 11th day of the
month. The validity date will not remain till 15th day of the month anymore.
To check internet balance &
validity period, please dial *778*4# (free).
Once the 'Data Volume' is consumed,
meaning internet balance is between 0 to 1 MB, but validity period has not
expired yet, you cannot use anymore internet.
Then, you can do either of the
following for further usage:
Option A: You can repurchase any of the abovementioned pack again.
or,
Option B: You can send SMS 'PG2' to 5000 for 10KB/paisa rate +VAT.
If you choose, option B, then you
will be able to browse on 10KB/paisa rate + VAT, till the validity period.
Any pack validity expiration time is
at 23:59 hour (11:59pm at night)
If your package validity period
expires, and you dial to *778*4#, following notification will be displayed,
where as date-field will be empty.

valid, and you dial to *778*4#, following notification will be displayed.

Pack Purchase Policy:
No internet pack can be purchased
between 0:00 hour (12:00 am at night) to 02:00 hour (2:00 am at night) in a
given day. However, you can use internet in that time

Registration:
- To register for any of the above mentioned internet pack, you will have to request for this service to the nearest AEC (Airtel Experience Center, which was previously known as Business Center) / ARC (Airtel Retail Center, which was previously known as Franchisee) & make necessary deposits as per charge mentioned in the corresponding pack.
- Activation time:
Users will be able to use the Internet as soon as subscription activated. - Remaining internet balance check:
You can SMS ‘GPRS’ to 5000 (free), and get notification of the remaining balance in the response SMS. - Service validity: (24 hour pack)
You can use the purchased pack for 30 days. If any you cross the allocated Data limit before 30 days, you will be charged 10KB/Paisa rate. - Service validity: (Night Time pack)
You can use the purchased pack for 30 days in specified time. In other time, meaning 8:00 hour (8:00 am in the morning) to 23:59 hour (11:59 pm at night), you will be charged 2paisa/KB rate. However, if any you use all volume allocated in your night plan before 30 days, you will be charged 10KB/Paisa rate in the night time session. - Migration to other monthly package:
Migration to other monthly pack is possible, which will be effective for next bill-cycle. Till then, the existing monthly pack will remain valid.
Note: All charges mentioned here are vat
exclusive charges, and thereby subject to 15% VAT at the bill cycle.
For Internet Settings On Mobile
If you insert the airtel SIM into
your mobile device for the first time it automatically initiates a
Handset configuration request. If
you accept it then a flash SMS will arrive within a few
Minutes. Just open and save the
setting in your mobile. Then your handest will be
Automatically configured for
GPRS/EDGE. Now browse the internet world.
If
the automative sms does not arrive then,
->Go to Airtel Menu
->Select self service
->Select Multimedia Settings
->Select Reset settings
Then you are requested to send a
sms. Select YES or SEND.
You will soon recive a flash message
with the handset setting and this must saved in your
Handset by clicking on “YES”.
